Process incoming and outgoing mail and sorts incoming claims by designated lines of business in a timely manner.

  • This role reports to this job: MANAGER, MAIL SERVICES & MATERIAL MGT



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Additional training or education preferred

Work Experience

  • At least 6 months previous experience operating postal equipment and working in a mailroom environment required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to maintain cooperative working relationships with customers and co-workers. Ability and skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people necessary.

  • Must be able to follow written and verbal directions, with attention to details. Must have organizational skills and demonstrated ability to establish priorities and perform multiple tasks.

  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Non Clinical\AZDL - Driver Licence - Valid And In State Must have a valid driver’s license. required


  • Opens and sorts incoming premium payments, incoming claims by designated lines of business ensuring that all incoming mail is process in a timely manner.

  • Processes outgoing mail to our customers in a timely manner to meet the customer’s needs.

  • Documents department's daily production and postage expenditures used corporate wide to track postage expense for budget.
