As the Senior Organizational Learning Consultant, you will leverage your skills to deliver and facilitate programs and plans through activities that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision. As the owner of such programs, you will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement and accelerate performance. You will play a key role in creating meaningful and impactive experiences throughout the organization to drive business results

Necessary Contacts: In order to effectively fulfill this position's duties, the incumbent must be in contact with all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, I/O psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, learning and development, instructional design, leadership development or related field required.
Master's Degree preferred
Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
4 years of demonstrated experience in the following areas: leadership development, training and development, facilitation, organizational development, human resource consultation or related experience that supports development, implementation and/or coaching in leadership and workforce development.
Experience in the development of virtual, classroom and blended learning training, adult learning methodologies and leadership development principles required.
Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, learning and development life cycle and evaluation of learning programs required.
Proven experience communicating, presenting and delivering engaging learning experiences to all levels of management including senior executives required.
Experience in planning and executing initiatives and programs with the ability to partner, influence and negotiate with stakeholders at the strategic level and execute effectively at the tactical level required.
Must have experience with implementing enterprise-wide learning and development programs, with defined outcomes and demonstrating results.
Must have experience in facilitation, consulting, coaching, training needs analysis, design and delivery.
Experience with 360 and other assessments preferred.
Experience in working with learning technology and management systems preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Proficient with experience in design systems and web-based collaborative platforms.
Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated experience training professionals up to senior management level in both live in-person and live-virtual environments.
Demonstrated ability communicating, presenting and delivering engaging learning experiences to all levels of management including senior executives.
Excellent client relationship skills, verbal and written communication.
Must be able to partner with all levels of leadership (front line, middle and executive).
Proficient organization, prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Must be able to work independently to identify internal and/or external resources, manage multiple projects, project plans and adapt to change.
Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Proficiency using Office365 (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and web-based collaborative platform (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Licenses and Certifications
- ATD, CPLP and/or SPHR/PHR preferred.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leverage the instructional design process to conduct needs assessments, develop learning objectives, design learning content and measure effectiveness of leadership development programs.
Refine development approach and continuously improve learning outcomes by using an outcome-based learning measurement approach. Track, measure, and analyze learning effectiveness.
Develop learning resources, applying innovation and design skills to create engaging leadership development content and resources that enable behavior change.
Conduct research to identify best practices and industry trends related to leadership development including: leadership trends, program content, learning theory and program design and delivery.
Lead and/or support the delivery and facilitation of leadership programs to include: Live in-person and virtual presentations, group discussions, individual and group activities and leadership forums.
Partner with others on the Organizational Effectiveness team to create instructional resources and course materials for employee development programs, as needed.
Accountable for complying with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities.
