INTERVIEWS

Depending upon the position, you may be asked to attend a variety of interviews including phone screens, video interviews, and panel interviews with team members and/or other leaders within the organization. At this time, we are conducting interviews virtually to keep everyone safe.

Upon formally accepting employment with BCBSLA, there will be a series of pre-employment screenings completed. This may include, but is not limited to a criminal background investigation, drug screen and verification of education and employment.
